etter.ai — skills intelligence

the flagship skills intelligence module on draup’s AI-native workforce platform. built from zero with the CEO, product definition through enterprise rollout.

>

named as a differentiator in 3 RFPs. 3 enterprise accounts carried prospect-to-production across healthcare, technology and FMCG. i own the module end to end: product definition, engineering, and the rollout in front of the customer. that means running the demos, then staying on through pilots, real data and procurement.

styx — evaluation for AI agents

an AI agent evaluation startup built to catch regressions before they reached production. angel-funded out of BITS Pilani.

>

129 discovery interviews with engineering leaders turned into 5 design-partner pilots. built the product from zero and owned product and technical direction, from the evaluation framework to the CI/CD workflow. every agent run was scored in the pipeline, turning agent reliability into something teams could test before deployment. won a startup competition and secured angel funding from PIEDS, BITS Pilani’s incubator. research on bias and evaluation with a Vector Institute researcher and a Meta engineer.

bedstats — hospital beds, second wave

a nationwide COVID bed-availability system built during india’s second wave. it ranked hospitals by your odds of actually getting a bed, not by what the feeds claimed was free.

>

during india’s second covid wave, hospital bed availability could change faster than the systems reporting it. a bed marked “available” could be gone by the time a patient reached the hospital.

bedstats was built to answer a different question: where should you go right now?

instead of simply listing available beds, it ranked hospitals for a person’s location using an aggregate score based on distance, reported availability, estimated probability that the bed would still be available, and the freshness and reliability of real-time ground updates from volunteers.

the system pulled fragmented government feeds and state-level sources into a common format, continuously incorporating updates from a 200+ volunteer network. at peak, it handled 6,000+ case pipelines a day across 6 languages: हिंदी, english, मराठी, বাংলা, తెలుగు and اردو.

the interface deliberately stayed lightweight and dependency-free: people were accessing it during an emergency, on whatever phone and connection they had.

the important shift was from availability to likelihood. not which hospitals say they have beds, but which hospital gives you the best chance of actually getting one when you arrive.
